How It Works
Sessions are conducted by Zoom audio or phone.
Please participate in a quiet and private space where you can sit or lie down comfortably. Parts of it may feel like a guided meditation.
Set aside 45-60 minutes for the session plus some time on your own for integration, journaling, or other post-session self-care you may be instructed to do.
Dana prepares her energy space ahead of the session for optimal clarity and has thorough releasing methods for after the session is complete. She is committed to all parties having a beneficial experience.
